Grapeseed Oil contains an abundance of polyphenols that can help strengthen the skins protective barrier such as Oligomeric Proanthocyanidin Complexes (OCP) which is considered to be one of the most powerful antioxidants found in nature. Grapeseed oil is rich in Omega-6 & Linoleic Fatty acid which has proven to contribute to the formulation of ceramides on the skins surface, keeping it well hydrated and smooth.
Included in this remarkable formula is hyaluronic acid to bring these actives into the deeper layers of the skin and Hexapeptide 11. Hexapeptides are 6 amino acid sequence peptides that are vegan (typically from Yeast) and used to increase collagen synthesis for improved tone whilst also reducing the appearance of fine lines. They have shown to increase ATP synthesis. Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) is the energy-carrying molecule that is found in the cells of all living things.
